This evaluation is meant to help all of the group members to be aware of the ways that they can contribute to the success of the group. On Thursday everyone will fill out this form for each member of their own small group including themselves and hand it in. The lowest score for each person will be thrown out and the rest of the points will be averaged for each person and added to the participation grade. Please be honest as you fill it out. There will always be differences in personality and working style in a group. These difference should not be reflected here.
