VIEW MENU

Notice the side arrows on the View Menu. There are two important things to notice here:

MASTER-Here is where you can go to set up how you want your printouts to look.

TOOLBARS-This is where you can decide which tool bars you would like to see. There are many more toolbars than were introduced here. You can choose any one of them by clicking on the box next to it.

INSERT MENU

The Insert Menu is used OFTEN when making a PowerPoint Presentation. From here you can add Clip Art, Photos, Drawings, Sound, Movie Clips, Charts and more to your presentation. You can also insert page numbers and the date.
