Using Sound in PowerPoint

Inserting a sound is very similar to inserting a picture. Choose the insert menu. Click on the tab that says sounds. There are many prerecorded sounds in the Entertainment category. Click twice on a sound and an Icon of a speaker will be placed on your slide.You can indicate if it should play automatically or if you want it to be clicked on first.
